The QUEEN has been graciously pleased by Warrant under Her Royal Signet and Sign Manual to ordain and declare that Angela Isabel Mary Keating and Henrietta Emily Charlotte Purbrick, sisters of Christopher George Charles, Marquess of Abergavenny, shall henceforth have, hold and enjoy the same title, rank, place, pre-eminence and precedence as the daughters of a Marquess which would have been due to them had their father Lord Rupert Charles Montacute Nevill survived his brother John Henry Guy, Marquess of Abergavenny, and thereby succeeded to the title and dignity of Marquess of Abergavenny.

And to signify Her Royal Will and Pleasure that the Royal Declaration be recorded in Her Majesty's College of Arms.
