Greville, Baron (UK, 1869 - 1987)

 

 

Polesden Lacey, near Great Bookham, Surrey, the home of the Hon Mrs Ronald Greville, the famous

Edwardian society hostess. King Edward VII was a close friend of Mrs Greville and frequently visited

Polesden Lacey. Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother spent part of her honeymoon here with her

husband, the then Duke of York. The house is now owned by the National Trust.
