Her Majesty The QUEEN has been graciously pleased by Warrant under Her Royal Signet and Sign Manual bearing date 17 December 2007 to ordain and declare that Richard David Borwick and Judith Patricia O'Hagan (wife of Padraic Desmond Curry-Towneley-O'Hagan) the brother and sister respectively of Geoffrey Robert James, Baron Borwick, shall henceforth have, hold and enjoy the same title, rank, placed, pre-eminence and precedence as children of a Baron as would have been due to them had their late father Robin Sandbach Borwick (commonly called the Honourable Robin Sandbach Borwick) survived his half-brother the late James Hugh Myles, Baron Borwick, and thereby succeeded to the title and dignity of Baron Borwick. And to command that the said Royal Concession and Declaration be recorded in Her Majesty's College of Arms.
